Sombrilla were asked to create a fresh new brand for On-Call Conveyancing, a Sydney based, long established conveyancing company. They had existing signage, company stationary, documents, website, social media channels and were feeling entrenched with the old brand. Jennifer met with the director, Kaylene and went through all aspects of the business. Sombrilla was keen to discover who On call Conveyancing believed are their best customers and what make them different from their competition.

After a great discovery session, it was revealed that On Call prided themselves on being very fast to turnaround their reports, at a very reasonable rate and their experience in their industry far out-weighed their competition. It based on these 3 USP’s that we developed their new tagline, “On time , On Budget, In Control”.

This tagline suited the owner to a tee and she was over the moon with her new company logo and tagline which reflected her business message perfectly. With the new look developed for OnCall, it was then rolled out across signage, new website, location signs, and external signboards at the local club which displayed advertising for the major sponsors, and On Call being one of their sponsors. The brand refresh has given the staff at On Call Conveyancing, a new injection of enthusiasm and many existing clients have been impressed withe their fresh new look. Their website was specifically developed to cater for a growing need to capture on line leads via clients uploading their contracts to get a quote. This makes it convenient for potential clients and gives On Call the ability to offer a quote within a very short time frame.

These tweeks to On Calls online service offerings, coupled with the new look and feel, have seen them achieve fantastic growth and they have secured their position in their industry as a leader in embracing technology and staying a breast of changes within the realms of how they market their business.
